Steak Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup fine-dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
3 TBSP water
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 cubed sirloin steaks (about 1-1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce or italian sauce
DIRECTIONS
Combine breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup cheese. Whisk together egg and next 3 ingredients. Dip steaks in egg mixture; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Cook steaks in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side. Arrange steaks in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; top with pizza/italian sauce. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
