Sausage Gravy

Number of Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
1 lb bulk sausage
2 TBSP flour
2 cups milk or "Half-and-Half"
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Brown sausage, breaking into pieces. Do not drain. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk. Add seasonings to taste (try cutting back on worcestershire to 1 tsp, if possible).
