Catfish Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fine-dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano, 6 (8oz) catfish fillets
1/2 cup butter (melted)

DIRECTIONS
Stir together first 7 ingredients. Dip catfish into butter; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
